We are exploring Claude integrations that help people understand information and prepare decisions inside Quenha’s products.

Use Claude to extract structured specifications from supplier documents and review listing drafts against approved product facts. Test results for missing or conflicting information before relying on them.

For customer conversations

Summarize authorized conversation context and prepare replies grounded in approved business information, with a person reviewing messages before they are sent.

For software development

Explore Claude for code review, debugging, test preparation, and prompt development. Evaluate accuracy, response time, and API cost through focused pilots.

These Claude integrations are planned, not currently available features. Our planned approach includes evaluation and human review before AI-assisted publishing or message sending.

Quenha is the software brand of HOMETOWN TRADING AND PRODUCTION COMPANY LIMITED, a Vietnamese company registered on September 10, 2024 under enterprise number 1801770789.

Through OmniSell and OmniChat, we develop tools for commerce operations and team communication. The company’s registered manufacturing and trading activities provide business context for this software initiative; the products and their workflows are described separately here.

Our mission is to build technology that benefits humanity and supports the wider developer community. We plan to release OmniSell and OmniChat as open source so people can learn from the code, contribute, and adapt it to their own needs.
